Refund Policy

If The Natural Learning Handbook is not right for your family, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to explain why.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Request one at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or email us at hello@thenaturalcurriculum.com and we will arrange it for you.

Approved refunds return to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Access to the handbook ends once the refund is issued.

Statutory rights in your country apply in addition to this policy. Paddle's refund policy also applies to every order.

The Nine Natures quiz, child profiles, and the app are free — there is nothing to refund there. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
